Amberly Woods is a subdivision nestled on several wooded acres off Eager road in Howell, Michigan. Our 66 families enjoy a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Situated in southern Livingston County we have convenient access to Lansing, Ann Arbor, and Brighton and less than an hour drive to Detroit, as well as the businesses, museums and cultural centers of southeast Michigan. Livingston County has an abundant of parks and recreation areas as do nearby Washtenaw, Ingham, and Oakland Counties.
